Responsibilities
Performs quality assurance functions as assigned by Director of Dietary Services.
Prepare and serve food for the Walker Center.
Complete cleaning checklist.
Monitor temperatures on salad bar, freezer, walk-in, dishwasher, and all beverages.
Verify Inventory everyday
Put away and check freight for quality
Keep stock updated and turn food and supply orders
Maintain and clean kitchen equipment
Receive deliveries in absence of the Director of Dietary Services

Qualifications
Any self-identified person in recovery from a Substance Use Disorder must have a minimum of two years of sobriety from substances of abuse.
Must pass pre-hire requirements including a criminal background check, UA, and TB test.
Must obtain a ServSafe Certification within the 90-day initial employment period.
