Responsibilities
Participate in the program budgetary process, and function as a member of the Performance Improvement Committee team.
Perform when necessary, appropriate clinical duties, including individual, group, family, crisis intervention, lectures, educational or skill groups, and relapse prevention counseling when needed.
Perform case management duties on an as-needed basis.
Function as a positive professional member of the center by interacting therapeutically with staff, clients, families, visitors, and others while also participating in outreach and marketing activities.
Participate in the quality assurance process and the clinical development of the program.
Conduct every 3 months and yearly evaluations for treatment employees
Ensure care delivery meets delivery and federal regulations

Qualifications
Master’s Degree and 3 years paid full-time experience, with 2 years of it being direct treatment service.
Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years paid full-time experience, with 2 years of it being direct treatment service.
CADC and 5 years paid full-time experience, with at least 2 years of it being direct treatment service.
Anyone who is in recovery from a substance use disorder and identifies as a person in recovery must have a minimum of five years of sobriety from substances of abuse.
Must pass pre-hire requirements including a criminal background check, UA, and TB test.
