Who is The Walker Center, and Why Join Our Team?
The Walker Center, an addiction treatment services provider located in Twin Falls, Idaho and Gooding, Idaho, is looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator. The job is based in Twin Falls, however you will be expected to travel to Gooding 2-3x a week (expenses reimbursed.)

You will be responsible for marketing The Walker Center on a local level using boots on the ground and marketing strategies – including but not limited to collaborating with our digital marketing agency to assist in launching full-scale marketing campaigns that attract families and addicts to The Walker Center.
You will also act as the face of The Walker Center when it comes to getting out in the community, building relationships with local businesses, and increasing the digital presence of our company through social media, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

You’ll be a part of The Walker Center family, helping hundreds of people find the help, hope, and healing needed for recovery from addiction.
Responsibilities
PR outreach - reach out to businesses, community organizations, families, churches, and individuals that need substance use disorder treatment services
Create and maintain relationships with treatment providers, businesses, and other organizations and develop the referral process
Create sales decks and pitches, presentations, or other sales materials
Create and execute strategies to increase the presence of The Walker Center through a boots on the ground approach paired with continual social media presence
Plan social media strategy, themes, and collaborate with our digital marketing agency to ensure the content is on-brand
Build a content strategy and content calendar based on the overall digital marketing strategy, which you will maintain and use for accountability purposes
In charge of scheduling and posting content to Instagram & Facebook- posts, videos, Reels, stories (3-5x a week) - must be comfortable shooting video, interviewing employees for video content, and also getting facetime in front of the camera at times
Post appropriate articles to the LinkedIn company page, responsible for finding ways to grow the reach on LinkedIn
In charge of managing the social media engagement by responding to comments or bringing comments to management’s attention to craft an appropriate response
Responsible for collaborating and coordinating with team members to ensure content is executed per the plan
Ensure the social media and PR outreach plan is communicated to all stakeholders
Be a part of the team that leads the business strategy - come up with new ideas and strategies that will help us recruit more clients and increase brand awareness in our community
Work side by side with our marketing team to come up with campaign ideas and advise on strategies to grow The Walker Center’s business
Connect community members and organizations with appropriate team members at The Walker Center to ensure that people experiencing addiction receive treatment
Follow up to ensure that any new referrals are completed and advocate for them
Do competitor analysis and research industry trends on an ongoing basis
Travel and attend networking events, conferences, and other community functions
Have professional and technical knowledge of marketing strategies, marketing tools, and industry trends, especially online
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Act as Walker Center representative with media and other organizations
Travel around 30% of the time

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Marketing, PR, or Business, or three years of direct and related professional experience
Any self-identified person in recovery from a Substance Use Disorder must have a minimum of three years of sobriety from substances of abuse.
Must pass pre-hire requirements including a criminal background check, UA, and TB test.
Must have a valid driver’s license
