Overview
As the Project Support Staff, you’ll report directly to the Director of Clinical Services and Performance, and will be responsible for assisting the Social Worker and Care Team to support long-term sobriety and wellness for our clients, specifically for the HOPE Project - a program that offers free drug and alcohol treatment to those who most need it.
Skills
Collaborate with the project team and individual clients to plan and coordinate a package of services to meet the client’s needs
Provide outcome data tracking and reporting
Monitor, track, and provide support for a client
Assist the client in strength-based problem solving while they are re-establishing external resources
Advocate with and enhance outside external resources to enhance client success in recovery and overall wellness
Participate in discharge planning for level of care transitions

Qualifications
High school equivalent. Additional education preferred.
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have current driver’s license and good driving record.
Anyone who is in recovery from a substance use disorder and identifies as a person in recovery must have a minimum of five years of sobriety from substances of abuse.
Must pass pre-hire requirements including a criminal background check, UA, and TB test. Must be CPR certified within 30 days of hire.
Work environment
Working with substance use and mental health disorders. Employees work under typical office conditions.
